When there are several, ongoing tasks throughout the year and day to day contact is necessary, it may be administratively simpler and more efficient to engage HBT to provide your own 'mini' technical department for a flat monthly fee that we would discuss and agree based on the level of resources anticipated.

There are other crucial areas for customer satisfaction such as After Sales Service where we can provide Contact Centre Helplines, In Warranty and Out of Warranty Support, and the supply of spare parts, mainly dealing with the end user.

QA testing and Refurbishment/Modification can also be provided.
